A Total Nightmare!!

My experience with this clinic and Dr Sigal was a total nightmare. I had a thread lift procedure with Dr Sigal a few days prior to a Disney vacation. I knew something did not feel right and I expressed that to them, but they told me it was normal and to give it a few days. On my first day in Florida, one of the threads broke through the skin and came out at. It looked like I had a big whisker sticking out of me. I went to the ER and they recommended I keep the area clean and go back to my doctor to treat it. 3 days later, the other thread broke out the skin from the other side. This totally ruined my vacation with my kids. When I went to see Dr Sigal, he just pulled them out by hand and said that I did not need them anyway. No explanation to why this happened. I asked for a refund. The clinic offered it on the condition I sign an NDA. I offered to sign something indicating I would not publicize this but wanted to be able to talk about it to family and friends (their NDA prevented any disclosure to anyone. Their office manager refused and told me that if I pursue trying to get a refund for my failed procedure, I would have to deal with their lawyers who are bulldogs. I never asked for more than the money they owned me for the failed procedure and this is how they treated a client. They should have issued me a refund or credit to use towards something else without me even asking. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and unethically by any other company. It is incompetence compounded with lack of ethics.
