Not enough progress

Hi, the good news about the procedure is it is a surgery and got me used to idea of doing something more aggressive to lift my facial muscles. However, I did not think the results justify the cost. It did prompt me to seek out a double board certified plastic surgeon though for facelift, upper bleph, and necklift. I also am tired of putting filler for jaw as I have always had weak chin. So also prompted chin implant. Below photos from day of other surgery so you can see the limitations.

Looking Like Me Again

This review is on thread lift with Dr Channey. Previously, I have had lip filler and fill for the area above my lips as well as some botox and CO2 laser with the Dr.
I am writing this review because I see a lot of reviews on thread lift that say it is of short duration. This is from both providers and clients. I want to update this review as time goes on so you can see how this procedure "ages" with time.
I went to Dr Channey last Friday for a boost to my eye (brow lift) and some laser (CO2) but he looked at me and said he wouldn't do laser and instead suggested thread lifts. I had researched various lifts some time back, but couldn't remember specific details. Because of the sagginess of my jowls around my mouth, chin, and neck, my thought is that I can really only consider a lower neck and chin lift. Since I trust Dr Channey, and I found out it would take under 2 hours and a reasonable cost, if it duplicated lift results, I went forward. The numbing was the most painful part and really not much different than any filling procedure. After the lidocaine was in, I really did not feel anything, but I could tell he was securing to just above my ears behind my hairline, somewhat deep. It did not seem to be a trivial procedure in terms of what seemed like intricacy, but really after the numbing, the actual procedure took around 45 minutes to an hour. The Dr took great care during the process. He warned me it would be painful for the next 5 days, and although I definitely felt something serious had gone on, it was not so uncomfortable that I even had to take Tylenol for it.
I have gone back to have sutures removed today, the results during the week had improved, but after the lift we still had some sagging and loss of volume in the chin and loss of definition in the jaw and neck, so I asked him to support the edges of lip and do a Nefertiti lift and orange peel chin lift with botox which will take some days to show up. Dr Channey also filled along the jaw line with a couple vials of Juvederm. I am somewhat heavy presently, so there are limits we can do, but I honestly look in the mirror and essentially see myself as I know myself to look. It looks like a younger me. And it looks like me. I will update you as the botox along the chin and neck take effect to let you know how it is going.
Make sure you ask them to numb you in case, like me, you prefer to be numbed when getting filler. Otherwise, he usually skips it. :)
So far, so great! And the Dr indicates that because he attached these silhouette threads to the muscle, that they should last a full 2 years. I will update you on that as well.
