I rarely post reviews but in this instance I must :)
I recently underwent cosmetic surgery with Clevens Face and Body Specialists, Dr. Christopher Hess specifically. While everyone has their own experience and what is most important to them when choosing a surgeon and office, I can tell you that for me, I am so incredibly happy and thankful for my choice in both. The front office staff is most delightful and welcoming. I wish I was better with names but am sadly, not. However, each has been wonderful. I met with Doctor Hess and unloaded my medical history, which is extensive with past health issues to say the least. He showed concern where others had not. He explained the red flags and what areas to be careful of. He required additional health screening to make certain surgery would be safe for me, no other doctor had taken this step.
Surgery was done quickly and efficiently. The surgical center where completed was absolutey fantastic with nursing staff and anesthesiologist superb! Excellent care all the way around.
Post-op check went amazing and my healing has been remarkable. Where others have said I would likely have issues, I did not. While I still have some healing to go, I am already so happy with my results and the care received. Back office staff is top notch with follow up, information and sincerity.
Tammy, Patient Care Coordinator, lead me through all the necessary steps to make the surgery happen and had patience with me through every one of my many phone calls.
A most sincere thank you to Dr. Hess for taking a chance on me and giving me what I had hoped so much for. I could not be more thankful to you for your concern and skill, compassion of my situation and ongoing helpfulness.
