Dr. Lara is seriously the best. He did an extended thigh lift and fat transfer to my face in January 2021. From the consult to paying my deposit and booking my surgery date, everything was seamless. He's a very caring doctor. Awesome bedside manner and his staff is fantastic. The hospital experience was also great. Dr. Lara and his team are very quick to respond to emails and messages. I'm so happy with my results. No more wrinkled skin hanging off of my thighs. I knew that I would need more than one round on my thighs due to the amount of skin I had, so he will be doing a revision on them sometime next year. I highly recommend him. Don't second doubt yourself. Go for it. You will not regret it.

8 months post op updated pics of thighs for the person wanting to see scar pictures. Even after 8 months, he has still been in contact with me. I'm so happy that someone told me about him, because he doesn't have a lot of pictures posted for pre op and post op.

Ruined me I went to get a lower body lift and breast lift with implants I didn’t get a full tummy tuck I have a lot of lose skin and my breasts are still
saggy and when I lie back my breasts move to my armpits. Very unhappy

A lower body lift usually consist of a 360 cut around your body. A full tummy tuck is usually a hip to hip incision. The lower tummy tuck only addresses skin in the lower region. If you have excess skin on the upper region or sides, a reverse tummy tuck and FDL incision should be done also. I had my 2nd round July 20th. Extended arm lift, J Lift, breast lift with implants, reverse tummy tuck, FDL tummy tuck, mons lift and 360 butterfly lift. With your breasts, there is a risk of them coming out of the pocket. That is out of the doctors control. If they did come out of the pocket, it will cause excess skin to be there due to them not being in the right area. I'm sorry you aren't happy with your results. He's a great doctor. I have nothing bad to say. If you would like recommendations for different doctors, lmk. I can refer you to the doctors that did my 2nd round. They're truly amazing. I had already booked a date and paid my deposit for my 2nd round before I had my thigh lift done. I was going to wait until 2022 to do the thigh lift, but decided to do it before my 2nd round. My doctors weren't available the month I wanted them done so someone referred me to Dr. Lara.

I know what a belt lipectomy is that’s what he did but I didn’t get the full tummy tuck with it I have the same bellybutton

He who? He isn't worth your time, love. You didn't go to these measures for him, convince yourself all the pain & inconvenience is for you!!!
Any guy that notices noticed before & you probably wouldn't say yes bc those pounds put a barrier between you & the world.
Notice who notices, not just "that one guy"!
You look like a $trillion girl! A man should treat you as such!
Congratulations & relax & your new self. New perfume, makeup, hairstyle, a couple of new outfits- DON'T DOUBT YOURSELF!
