Almost 1 Month Post Op
Doing well. Still having considerable swelling; but not as much as I thought I would - especially while up on my feet at work. Every day is different with my energy level. Started spitting some stitches. Doing massage twice a day (myself) to help with swelling. Still having pain at the incision site in my groin. Taking Tylenol 3x a day, turmeric, and pineapple enzymes. Medial thigh incisions are looking good.
Stitches Out!
Got all my stitches out today (there were a lot!) Also had a really nice lymphatic massage. Feels good to be healing and moving on with life. Some days are better than others; today was the first day I felt “normal”.
