For as long as I can remember my nose has overpowered my face, it’s crooked, droopy, and overall misshaped. But I think and really hope that Dr. Grigoryants is the one who can give me my dream nose!
Today was my pre-op appointment. He was to the point and attentive, while also being realistic. Because I have thick skin, he cannot give me his signature Barbie noses but he said he will try his hardest. His manner may seem rushed but I find comfort in the way he takes control of the situation, as I trust his judgement and understand he knows best.

You need help. Stop spreading negativity. Plenty of past patients of his on RS that had great outcomes with tons of photos so go take your negative energy elsewhere.

I am dead set on this procedure and feel as though any improvement is better than the nose I have right now. I am also willing to take the risks. Thank you for all the warnings but I already understand the risks, and they do more harm than good for everyone already scheduled. As you can see in the photos, there is plenty of room for improvement and for fewer possibilities to make my nose worse.

Thank you for posting the doctor's instructions. I have thick skin as well and would like to see your results. Be sure to post pictures 3 months after surgery once the swelling goes down so that we can see your final results.

Of course :) I am also taking arnica 30c 7 days before and 7 days after to hopefully mitigate swelling. One of the Dr. girls said a lot of patients with thick skin take it
