Wow This year had flown by. I can't believe it's already been a year since my TT surgery.
I still work out 5-6 days a week, been keeping active because I've noticed I can gain weight now a lot quicker thank before the surgery. I don't ever gain it in my tummy area, just love handles, butt and thighs.
I can tell you that I am still satisfied with Dr Kims work. I have a follow up appointment with her next Friday. I may have one issue about scar tissue. It still feels weird on my abs. Yes, I do have abs :-) I am not sure if this sensation will ever go away. After I get up and going this morning I wi take some updated photos and post.

Approaching 4 months
Sorry it's been so long since an update, between the holidays, kids, and work life's been pretty busy. I took some photos this morning to update you guys on my progress. Giving it is colder weather and holiday feast time I haven't been doing as much cardio as I usually would. My boyfriend and I still go to the gym 5-6 days a week and I lift weights with him, squats daily, and morning cardio 3 days a week. I'm not where I want to be currently but Jan 2 after all the holiday celebrating is over I plan on having a clean diet and strict work out plan. My goal is to look like I am going to compete in a NPC Bikini contest. If I look and feel like I have reached my goal, then I may just actually enter and see how I do. I am very anxious to get this started! Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all of you beautiful peeps!

This is so encouraging! I just had my done a week ago and I am very swollen and I am waiting to see some results. Thanks for posting pics, this is motivational!!!

Wow our bodies and scar placement are so similar, you're about a month further PO though. You look so good! I'm going to attempt light cardio at the gym tonight, i know this will cause more swelling but I need the gym for my mental health lol. Can't wait to get back to heavy lifting!
