I am a 27 year old mother of a beautiful six year old princess. I have always been petite (5'3" 105lbs) and being pregnant made no difference! I only weighed 129 lbs when I gave birth (she was a healthy 6lb14 oz and 20 1/4" long!) while breast feeding, I had the most beautiful, full C cups I had ever seen! Once i was done, they vanished and left sad, deflated bumps behind. I have been considering augmentation for a while and I am finally sure! I want boobies! I want to look like a grown up rather than a 14 year old girl! I have chosen Dr. McHugh in The Woodlands, TX and I plan on scheduling in September. Still not sure on size. I have tried on twice. Once 375/400 (see photo of red top) and then 400/425 (see photo of blue top). I liked the 400/425, even though that was the worst top I could've worn to try on boobies! Now I'm worried they may be too big?? Any advice would be appreciated.

Check out my pics of my new 350s. We are the same size. I would pick the 400 if your surgeon says they will fit (mine didn't know if he could squeeze 350 in until I was on the table, but he did and I'm so glad!!).

He hasn't mentioned anything about 400cc not fitting. He did say they would use sizers during surgery an if he thought they looked too big, he would do 375cc instead.

At our size, 350s have brought me up to a 30DD, but it looks really good and natural, so go for 400 if your ps recommends it!! The difference btw 375 and 400 is so small, you wouldn't notice a difference. (I had 225 for my first BA, so even going up 125 CC's has not made a huge difference).

I think both sizes look really natural and fit with your body. I honestly don't think you could go wrong with either! Good luck!

That is exactly what I am trying to avoid...boobie greed! I don't want to go down a few sizes and regret it. It is reassuring to know about the after care! Puts me a little more at ease about the whole thing! By the way, I couldn't help but check out your photos and I must say, you are a tough cookie! Can't wait to see the after photos ;)

I am 28 yrs. old, 5'2'', and 105lbs. I never had any kids so I never breastfed. I will tell you I did my research on surgeons and felt very comfortable choosing Dr. McHugh. He and his nurse are very patient with you sizing, listening to your questions or concerns, and any suggestions for your frame, he will be honest with you but most importantly, let YOU decide what you want. Some plastic surgeons suggest you to go for a certain cc because of your frame, but he told me I did not want to regret (like some women who have had breast augmentation) going bigger. I am so elated he did not sway me to go to a certain size and cannot wait for them to drop. I went from a medium B cup to a 425cc on my right and a 450cc on my left to even them out to the same size. I went in on three different occasions to get my breasts sized. I brought or borrowed different tops with me to see how I felt and even asked the nurse what were her HONEST thoughts. Initially I wanted a 450cc but went down to 425cc just in case I thought I would look ridiculous. Like Dr. McHugh and his nurse stated to me, there really isn't but a small difference between the two cc's. I am 3 wks. post op and and pretty pleased with the size. I estimate being a medium D. He has made me feel confident in the surgery he has done for me.

I have a friend that has had three ba's done by Dr. McHugh. She says she keeps outgrowing them lolol! I chose him be she looks amazing! He was great, even my husband said "I imagined him to be a douchie plastic surgeon, but he was actually pretty cool". My favorite thing was the prayer he said before surgery. Made me feel so much more at ease. I'm loving my results so far...can't wait for them to settle in.

Still no boobies :/

I have yet to schedule my surgery...school, work, etc etc. I have set a goal for February. Until then, I am going bonkers trying to decide on a size. I have lost weight (I only weigh 98lbs now) and I don't want to look like a [RS bleep]! I have discussed 375/400 or 400/425 (to correct asymmetry). I guess I still have a couple months, and a final consult, to decide! I tried the rice test and liked 400/425 but looking at photos of other women, that seems kinda big...

As many have already said, there really isn't a huge difference between those sizes. With how tiny you are though, I personally would choose the 375/400! You are much more petite than me, and I feel that if I had gone anything over 400cc I would have been unhappy. It really all depends on the look you are going for though! Although probably 90% of the woman on here will tell you to go bigger, I know that being bigger than I wanted would have caused me a lot more stress than being slightly smaller. For me, having proportionate breasts with a nice shape, and lower risks for future complications such as bottoming out and sagging took priority over have huge boobs (I am certainly not saying you will have these issues if you choose the bigger size, just weighing out the pros and cons in general :)) . Good luck with everything, hope you are able to book a date soon!

We have pretty much the same stats, though I have no kiddos so no breast feeding . I'm going in the range of 415-465cc still unsure , but the 400/425 look great on you , have you decided if your going under the muscle ? They say you loose volume after they are in your body, so that's definitly something to take into account and I hear the booby greed struggle is real!! , Either way you will look amazing. Good luck Hun!!!

Im 98lbs and 5'0 with two babies both breastfed and 4 months ago I got 250cc silicone under muscle because I was soooo scared of being that big fake boob [RS bleep] - not the impression I want to give as a Mom of two little girls. They look 100% natural and to this day people still don't know ( other than close friends) however ... I wish I'd have gone about 300/325cc but definitely not any bigger ya my frame and height ! Best of luck

I'm in Houston too and I am your size. I had 225 overs at first and they were small so after complications I got 350 unders and love them!! I became a 30F (measured at Top Drawer near the Galleria) from a 30A/B. I have to say that they look like Cs in clothing, but I wouldn't want bigger. Check out my pics. In pictures it's hard to tell the difference between my two sizes, but in person this bigger size is pleasantly wider and I do not need padding or push-up bras anymore. They are truly perfect for my size.

I would go 400 if you like the look of 425. The difference would be nonexistent visually but you won't regret going too small.

Finally scheduled for March 26th. I'm nervous and excited! I tried on 400cc sizers again and I will go in and try on one more time before surgery. The best nurse on the planet suggested I come in and spend some time trying on different sizers one last time ;).
