I was suffering from gynaecomastia for atleast few...
I was suffering from gynaecomastia for atleast few years and wanted to get rid of them quickly. I did follow very strict diet for 2 years and exercise regime but weight loss made gynacomastia much worse.
Eventually I started searching for any medicine that can help and landed on this website. Decided to do the surgery and had few appointments in UK but the cost was just too much and out of my budget (out of 3 consultation the cheapest quote was around £8000 for gynacomastia and vaser around abs and flank).
I then started searching for vaser treatments in India and after thorough search decided to do surgery with Dr. Sameer Karkhanis in Thane, Mumbai. I was going to go for holiday so planned it accordingly.
Dr. Sameer answered all my queries promptly before I left UK so that gave me much confidence for the surgery.
I reached Mumbai on 7th Aug and got all test done on 8th and surgery was on 9th. On 9th in the morning surgery was done under GA and took around 3-4 hours in total (couldn't remember a thing for those hours). Stayed in hospital for 3 more days as had drains still attached and left hospital on 12th Aug. In total around 3.5 litres of fat removed from chest, stomach and flanks area.
After surgery first time I see my self when I had shower after 2 days and the result for me was just amazing. Dr. Sameer did amazing surgery. I couldn't believe the results. I still look at my old photoes and laugh sometimes lol.
After surgery swelling started around day 3 and was taking all medicines (pain killers, antibiotics etc) for a week. I didn't feel too much pain but just discomfort especially in compression garments and advised to wear them for 6 weeks. I had a follow up consultation after a week and was advised the recovery was on trek.
I came back to UK 3 weeks after surgery and most of the swelling was gone from chest and flank but the swelling around abs was still there especially during day time but that's normal and it can take upto 6 months to see the final results. I keep emailing Dr Sameer and he responds to my queries promptly with suggestions on how to improve recovery. Started lymphatic massage after 4 weeks and still doing it.
I'm really pleased with my results after 2 months and I must say Dr Sameer is a really good surgeon who answered all my queries and did a really good surgery which gave me amazing results. His hospital staff were also caring and looked after me very well.
I would highly recommend Dr Sameer for any type of plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery.
