Wow! I can't believe its been 4 months since my tt. Life has been crazy busy so I'm glad I blogged it all. It was great to go back & remind myself where I started. Ok so let's talk weight...I got down to 120 & now I've gained some weight. I currently weigh 126 because I've been slacking on my diet. I need to get that under control. I'm back at the gym so I can at least maintain throughout the yummy holidays :) then I'll get strict on my diet again in Jan. I feel great! @ the gym I do fitness classes, jog, walk on treadmill & elliptical. I also lift some weights. I go very easy on ab exercises especially in the classes. Dr has released me to work out but my tummy still feels sore & numb in some areas. Even though I've gained about 6lbs my tummy is still flat but I do need to get back on track :) I hope everyone is doing well. I will attach pics. If you're going through this process, the time will fly by. I'm so glad I did this. Best decision ever! It has really helped me feel better. Shopping is so fun now & I feel more confident in fitted clothes ;) I forgot to mention that I still feel a lil swollen @ the end of the day or after working out. Is that normal?

Hi there! I can't remember exactly, but I want to say at about 3-4 weeks. Hang in there. You will get back to normal & feel better than ever.

You look great, what a fantastic result. I went to dr young also, and am VERY happy with my result as well. Though in a bigger gal, he did great work on me. Yes, I do think it's normal to get some swelling at end of day or after workout, even up to 6-8 months PO. But don't worry, it lessens over time. I'm 10 months PO, and only swell if I eat too much junky food (carbs, sweets etc) or don't work out regular Y enough. This doesn't really bother me, it just keeps me mindful of my eating and exercising, which is good, right?! Keep up the great recovery, you look AWESOME! Happy Holidays :-DSuzy

Great results!!! Did you take any before and after measurements of your waist size. We seem to be the same height and weight, I hope I will get the same results as you.

You look awesome! I’m so glad to see you didn’t have lipo! My doctor doesn’t do it At the same time of surgery so I will not have it either! I have been worried that I won’t have a waist but you do!

Hi Everyone! I can't believe almost 10 weeks have flown by. I'm doing well except for one thing. My Dr. prescribed scar gel and it worked great for the 1st month. The 2nd batch I received from the pharmacy made me break out into a rash. It's very itchy & red :( I stopped using it but it's still itchy & uncomfortable. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

First of all, you look fantastic! Did you tell your doctor and the pharmacy about the scar gel? You should. They need to know. Plus, your doc should tell you what to use instead.
