hi, are you still considering a uplift or spoke to your surgeon? i am in the same position, a some point when i have the money i will have the procedure done although i have been told i will need a lift i like you prefer the natural look and don't mind a bit of sagging. you seem happy overall with your results.

Is now 2018 and going on 3 years
Well, is now 2018. Since I got my augmentation, I have heart surgery. Want to get the "lift"surgery but not sure if my PS would do it. Guess I will have to ask him. Will have to save up 1st tho. Still love my "Girls" they just need a lil cinching up. lol

Don't think you need a lift. They look better than a lot of bigger chested 20 year olds I've seen. You have no noticible scarring now, and you will with a lift, plus you might lose some sensation. I'd leave those gorgeous breasts alone
