Do not believe the hype. I had a rhinoplasty done by him two years ago. Terrible. He got my attention because of his Marketing skills on social media. Make sure to look at the surgeons before and after pictures from every angle of the nose. Not just the side profile. I made the mistake of not reviewing his before and after pictures carefully.
What he does is he will make you smile in the before picture, making the nose look slightly worse, just to make the after picture look that much appealing.
-Consultation lasted 5 mins. His staff is rude
- On the day of surgery, he will speak to you to make sure everything is okay for 2 minutes.
-Its been over two years. My nose is still "swollen" according to him. He will do his best not do a revision by offering steroid injections just to brush you off.

Thank you for this. His marketing appears to be a massive machine. I am seeing more and more bad reviews from his long-term results. Most of his reviews are immediately after surgery and I am concerned about how misleading that is for people.

I am also approaching 2Y mark with him and my swelling fluctuates throughout the month on one side (the other didn’t have swelling after a few months). The steroid shots have definitely helped I’d say. Last month I had significant swelling but today is minimal and the best it’s been (after the last round of shots). I was worried about swelling at the 2Y mark when normally they say 12 months, but it has continued to improve… just way slower than I’d hoped. Lastly, I would add Dr Reish has been helpful and nice about it, not sure if he could do anything else on my case other than the shots. Don’t lose hope and good luck!

Thank you for this comment, I also had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish. I actually love my results though two years after surgery I still experience (visible to me) swelling on one side of my nose. It's crazy. I've seen very few other people speak about this. I had cadaver cartilage used and wonder if this is due to that. To OP: I'm very sorry you had a bad experience. I know someone who had a primary work Reish and a revision with Dr. Bora Ok in Turkey and loves her results

Agree with everything you said. I still have a crooked nose 12 months post and he says I can be swollen like this for several years.
