Horrible result ! Dr.Tehrani placed different sizes of implants in my breast .Right 240cc and left 300cc. When I woke up after anesthesia he told me that but he said that he used 250cc and 300cc. He said that I needed different sizes of implants while I never had uneven breast and my implants always were the same size.Result is completely uneven breast! Besides he made ugly stitches.! My left nipple was looks like peace of meat and totally misshapen! One nipple looks up other nipple looks down..The nipple on the left breast looks weird and bigger than on the right breast. Next thing that from both sides of my breast handing huge "dog ears"! My breast looks not round but triangle. They looks like bad shape pancakes! To much medical mistakes for one surgery! .After 2 month we had Skype conversation and dr.Tehrani said that he gonna do revision.He offered to do fat transfer. I came to New York second time( I spend money again for my tickets from Holland, for apartment ,for anesthesia and operation room) Expensive surgery isn't it??! After revision actually he made my breast much worse than after first surgery. He made the problem other wise around. Now my right breast much bigger than left breast, both breasts are totally different shape like from 2 different bodies. I ask myself 100 times one question and can't find the answer. WHY? WHY the surgeon does things that patient totally doesn't want?? We have discussed the revision before surgery and I was agree to place fat ONLY in upper and outer side of right breast. And I asked him DON'T touch other areas of my right breast! After revision he have affirmed that my breast looks nice(I didn't see my breast in the mirror and they left tape of my breast). I was completely in shock when I saw my breast in the mirror at home for the first time. The fat has been placed around my whole breast and my left breast has been reduced to much from inner side thats makes my cleavage looks horrible! My right breast became 0,8 inch lower than left breast, right nipple looks up and left nipple looks down, distance from left nipple to the rib is 1.8 inch and from right nipple to the rib is 3.9 inch. Its huge difference! How he as a good surgeon don't understand that if he increase one side and decrease other side than he makes the situation even worse and the breast became more uneven. U don't have to be a doctor to understand this. Now my left breast looks infantile in comparing with right breast. My cleavage was single place that was good after first surgery except little bit of loose skin.He has ruined that! He chosed very sneaky tactic " I didn't do this, I didn't do that, it was like this". With other words he wanted to say that I am stupid ? Like I didn't know how it was before revision ! How I can trust this kind of doctor if he even not honest and denied everything what he has done? I have all pictures how it was before and how its became after and pictures are not lie.. Biggest mistake that the fat has been placed in inner down side of my right breast . That's makes my right breast quadrangular. And because he made very oblique incision on my left breast its became looks triangle . Besides my left breast looks like pancake from the side because of transferred fat in inner down side. Probably dr.Tehrani not realized that my life became a nightmare. .I still thinking about my bad breast day and night. ,I even canceled my vacation. How I can appear on the beach with this cleavage? ? He still affirm that my breast looks nice( after Skype conversation). Its exactly the same if somebody has blue t-shirt on and everybody see that and he still affirms that t- shirt is red.. If i wear my clothes and go to the gym I should put the wadding in the left cup under because I have to much space under my left breast and my breast looks uneven. For this I flew 2 times to New York and spend so much money and time ? To make my breast even by using a wadding for my bra???!! I send email to the office (dr.Tehrani gives never his contact email!) and they gave me an appointment for Skype with him. I supposed that he would offer for me one more revision(besides he did by me more failed surgeries -ThermiThigh and Cellulaze) but he said that my breast looks beautiful and he can't help me anymore! And he suddenly switched his Skype! Such a unprofessional behavior isn't it??!!! My breasts are beautiful??!! Ha!! Are you kidding me or you are blind? Or you just simple liar Dr.Tehrani? Ladies never go to do surgery by this doctor! This doctor is a liar!!!
