Post Treatment 7 update
Hello all,
So a week ago I had my 7th session. While I was there they were in the middle of some training seminar which turned out to be nice because of bunch of the laser tecs all took a look at my tattoo and all weighed in on how best to proceed. They said they are generally willing to do the T2 treatment 3 times in total (i've had it twice so far). But in the end I was surprised when they decided they're weren't going to use the picosure on me at all this time, just the revlite.
I was really confused at first because we've all heard that the pico is the superior laser, but my tec told me that the pico does not penetrate the skin as deep as the revlite. She said that because my tattoo is fairly old it has come to sit deeper and deeper in the skin as new skin grows over it over time. This was totally different than what I often see online (where professionals say that the age of the tattoo shouldn't matter.) Either way they said it was a good idea to give this a try because as you can see my tattoo has been very stubborn.
I'm posting a before and after picture here because i'm finally starting to see a substantial difference. Keep in mind I only had session 7 a week ago. I'll wait 8 weeks until session 8. Fingers crossed I won't need many more of these, but i'm in it for the long haul.

Post 6 updates
So its been 8 weeks since my 6th treatment. Like the 5th time, for the 6th they did the T2 (passed over tattoo with both pico sure and revlite.) For the first time, I'm starting to get excited about the progress i'm seeing.
I was supposed to have my 7th session next week but money is a little tight right now. Also, I think i'm still seeing fading happening so i'm going to wait a full 12 weeks and have the 7th session on 4/1. Hopefully this will also give the skin more time to heal as it begun to look a little wrinkly!
