Hopefully these pictures will load - I’m feeling like I wish they were a bit more perky and a bit fuller - I don’t LOVE them not in a bra and I really wanted to be happy with that which is a bit of a bummer - though he did a great job and they look and feel real!! Thinking about a slight revision

I met Dr Jacobs at the urging of my cousin who had minimal complications from a bit of breast cancer (Thank God she's ok)!!! But she couldn't say enough about his caring and compassionate way and his work! He did a reduction and lift for her after he removed the unhealthy tissue and WOW dose she look amazing AND she's doing great!!!! Dr Jacobs was beyond delightful (as are his staff) and as I asked question after question he took time to really explain and answer all! And I'm still asking!! They have the 3D imaging so it was amazing to see how things may look after a Lift with and without implants! This doctor is TOP at what he does! Chief of PS at Mt Sinai downtown and does so many reconstructions that he truly understands augmentation from so many levels! I know I'm in the right hands! I've been to several consults and while they were all recommendations Dr Jacobs is truly a Master at his craft! I feel very blessed to have found him! You will too!

Sometimes the system can be a little buggy. When I’ve had problems uploading pics I’ve usually emailed to them to realself customer service and asked them to insert them into my update. Their email is contactus@realself.com. Good luck.
