Dr. Taranow was the first plastic surgeon I went to for a consult and God willingly I got lucky on my first try. He was beyond patient during the consultation, I had a list of questions and he answered every last one with detail. I was very insecure about my breast and he made me feel very comfortable in the procedure that I was interested in and also made recommendations. During the consult, he also allowed me to view before and after photos of work that he has done on all body shapes and breast sizes. He let me feel different types of implants and ordered 3 different sizes and would make a professional decision during surgery for which he would choose based on my frame. Of course, he was well aware of my preference ( not wanting big breast), I was an a/b now I am a C. His receptionist Beatrice is also phenomenal. She gave me her personal number for any questions I had , followed up on me pre-op. Dr. T personally called me to see how I was doing a few days after surgery and I'm not sure most doctors would take the time to do that. They also provided a recovery systems ( natural healing vitamins) along with pain medicine ( which I didn't need ) Together Dr T & Bea are a wonderful team and not to mention he's Charming. I couldn't thank them enough :)
