I am 5'8 167lbs at the time and had my abdomen, love handles and back done. I have never had children or had liposuction done before. I am now 5 months post op and my advice to anyone looking to get liposuction: 1. LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR 2. BE REALISTIC IN YOUR RESULTS 3. BE PATEINT :)
The first week or so will be rough. You will be swollen, you will be draining fluids and its not fun. Lol You will be lumpy, weird shaped and still weigh the same as you did before the lipo. You have to listen to your doctor when they tell you your body will change over the next 6 months... your results are not over night, not over weeks, and not over a couple months. You will be like a transformer. I am 5 months post op and I look completely different! The lumps smoothed out, my waist line is evenly smaller and it is exactly the results I realistically wanted! I still have some tenderness on my right love handle but the left got better a few weeks ago! Before this procedure I definitely put serious thought into my body shape and what was possible for me and Dr. Castor achieved that look.
You must also take care of yourself afterwards. I work out a little more now, drink more water and eat healthier, I lost 5lbs with the vaser lipo suction and lost an additional 5lbs but just living healthier. I am overall very happy with this experience! I would recommend to anyone looking to tweak and slim parts of their body. :) Hope this helps!
