Met Dr. Castellano at a seminar and had a consult. I liked him and his professionalism immediately. Also was happy to learn that he did his procedures under local anesthesia with sedation. On the day of surgery was made comfortable and although I was sedated, I could still understand when he told me what was going on and what to expect(sounds, moving head position and the like) Time did fly by and procedure was finished before I knew it. Was given cell number from the doctor which made me feel more secure about post-op care. Met several patients of his by coincidence before my surgery and I thought they looked great and they were happy with Dr. Rich and so am I!
