The surgery process went smoothly, I was a bit nervous but only because I'd never been put under before. The surgery center medical staff were fantastic and made me feel at ease explaining what they were doing and answering any questions. Dr. Castor was prompt and comforting plus you can tell he's done this a time or two but wasn't blind-folded. When I came out of the procedure I was sore and extremely sleepy, slept most of the day. The first several days were the toughest, as far as pain level but I did have my pain meds to ease the discomfort. A week later and the pain is now a dull ache that feels much like your milk coming in for those who've had babies. The hard part now is not being allowed to run or pick up heavy things to hurl at my husband..I kid. At my week follow up Dr. Castor checked my progress and taught me how to massage the implants to aid in dropping. I'm over-joyed with the results and know that as they heal I'll be even happier. I go back for a 1 month follow-up and will update with further results.
