Finally Taking the Plunge! 40yrs Old, 128lbs, Current 36B- Going with 350cc Natrelle Submuscular Placement - Tampa, FL

Just wanted to post a quick update as i found these very helpful to read over the past few months. Surgery was today- made a last minute request to do 397 mod plus and my doc was totally fine with it. Went in at 11:30
Am- and they took me back for prep right away. Every single person at the office was wonderful and made me feel very at ease. I was nervous for sure but knew I was in good hands. By 2:30 I was on the way home. Woke up groggy and thirsty with chest pressure. I'd say a 5 on a scale of 1-10. The hardest part for me was feeling short of breath but that went away in a couple hours. It's 10 PM now and I've taken 2 pain pills and 2 anti- nausea pills and overall I've felt fine. Didn't even nap, just chilled on the couch in front of the TV. They are super high and tight and all cozy in an ace bandage which I can't remove until Friday. So far my only advice would be to have some readily available mild food on hand. I really wasn't hungry but knew I would get nauseous if I took meds on an empty stomach. Also, make a little easy to reach "station" with your meds, remote, water etc. as reaching at angles is difficult. I normally love my couch as its really deep and cushy but getting myself off of it is a bit of a painful process lol. Will post more updates soon.

Super excited for my appointment today. I'm armed with my list of questions and pic of dream and nightmare boobs. Today I'd like to finalize the decision on profile- HP vs mod plus- as well as CCs. After spending a couple of months reading your stories and looking at pics I'm thinking I may want to bump to 375cc. Also, I want to get his opinion on when I can resume exercise. I've ordered a wedge pillow for sleeping and arinca tablets. Also, bought some tea to help with bloating and plan to spend the Sunday before surgery preparing some ready to eat meals. Countdown is ON!

Just a quick update- my pre-op is on New Years Eve and I have my list of questions ready. Mostly related to which profile implant will give me the result I'm looking for. I'll have my wish pics on hand as well as pics of results I do NOT want. Hoping I can leave there feeling more assured. Also, I came into this thinking I would go with 300cc. My PS suggested 350- and after a month stalking this site on the daily I'm considering asking him if 375cc is doable. I don't anticipate having boobie greed but it seems like lots of girls do.
