My story is similar to others here. I breastfed 2 kids and my breast is really saggy and empty. I was a 34b before kids but my breast never were really nice. My areolas were too big and the shape just not youthful. I was happy with the smaller size and with push up bras it always looked good. But after breast feeding my 2 kids my size is 34C but it does not fill out the top portion of the bra. Or 34B, but the empty skin is falling out........now that my little girl is almost 3, I'm ready for a lift. Dr Carter was referred by 2 moms I know, and I love their result. I was impressed with him on my consultation. I want a full C , as I'm only 5.3 ' and 113lb and have a small frame. When I breasted I was a full D, and really did not like it( hubby did ...lol). So I decided I go for a full C, and dr Carter totally agreed. Suggested 275 cc , silicon with a full lift. I have a little over a month to go, and getting really excited!! I will post some of my current pictures tonight.

Hello, my breast lift and augmentation is scheduled for April 3rd. I am saggy 34B, 5"2 120lbs. Im still undecided about size but I am going under the muscle with silicone. I cant wait for this surgery. I've waited 10 yrs for this! Can you believe we are so close? I have to travel from Nebraska to Houston for mine so I am not looking forward to the trip. Hope everything goes well with you.

Thank you for your comment! I'm am excited for us! Such a big step! I've been wanting this for a long time now and we are so close!! I saw some of your comments, and see that you exercise. Me too! I am not a pro or anything but lift weight at least 3 times a week. I am real nervous about not being able to work out for a while. How soon you plan to get back to the gym?
March 11, 2012
I know I will take 3 weeks off at first and the only do very light cardio for about another 3 weeks. It's going to kill me not being able to lift that long. My trainer and some of my gym friends have implants and they all didn't lift for at least 6 weeks. I don't want to risk messing things up so I'm not going to lift right away.

Thanks for the advice. Mine will be sub-fascial placement. Thats kind of between over and under the muscle. On the top of the fascia lining but not on the top of the muscle. I am so glad I found this website. I got into the breast explanting reviews. Now I`m confident I do not want to go too big. The girls often hate them because they are too big and make them top heavy. The last thing I want to look is heavy. I want to lift them up so I can look lean. So I stick with my original plan and go with the 275cc, which by the doctor opinion would make me a 34 full C. I just posted some pictures, so you can see I`m small framed. What size did you pick?
March 11, 2012
I want to be a C. When I go down to Texas for my surgery I will discuss it with my PS. Im thinking 325 to 350. What ever looks good. I dont want to look too big.
March 11, 2012
My ps said 275 will make me a full C. My very first plan did not even include implants, since I have a family history of breast cancer and having to have mammo since age 25(my Mom had breast cancer at age 24) But with the sub fascia placement mammos are more accurate. I am also terrified of a fake high look. I told my ps I still want a tiny droopyness. My pre op will be on the19th so will do the proper sizing.

I originally wanted a lift only

Yea u have to take into consideration when u try them on for size There over ur tissue and might look huge but once under your muscle they don't look that big. WHAT helped me decide on my Size was looking at pix from other woman with my frame type. I originaly thought I wanted 375cc but after I seen pix and Really Did some research I ended up with 540cc and I'm very happy I did because they dont look That big.

Thanks for your comment! I think most of us are in a huge dilemma about the size. I don't want to look huge for my frame but still want the nice medium high profile shape that gives you an hourglass figure. I mean if you go too small than what's the point of having an augment?? I am going into my pre op consult on Monday to try my exact size. At my first consult we did not try on sizes so I don't really know....

Girl you look great after 2 kids!!! Wow!! Your tummy is nice and tight.

Thank you! I am real lucky, I put on aroun 80 pounds with both my girls, but never developed any stretch marks or real loose skin. I love to work out and trying to have good abs....For me my boobs are the problem, I never liked them in the first place and now I hate them even more! I will ask you some questions on your page about sub fascia!

Hi all. I have been thinking about breast lift / implants for over 15 years but never really took it serious.

I was wondering if you all told people at work. I don't want my business out there, you know what I mean. I would like to go 1-2 cup sizes and don't know how I can conceal it at first. Also, how long did you take off from work.

Thanks.
March 20, 2012
I only told one of my co worker. It's no one business but I don't really care if they find out. My collueges are awesome . I took 1 week and 2 days off. My work requires a bit of a lifting and some stretching so I will have to ask for help for the first month after surgery. I don't think mine will be that noticeable I am a saggy B wearing big padded push up bras, and will be a full C after. My doc said taking a full week off is enough and after that just take it real easy. Good luck with, hope this helps!

I totally agree. I am a nurse and will have to take a little time off. Only a few people know about it- I am having a lift with augmentation on April 25th. And I don't feel like it is anyone's business!

I am taking off 3 weeks for a lift with implants. Might be a little much. But I have the vacation time. So I am taking it!!
