Some information about me. 32 yrs old 5'0 112lbs. Have had 2 BAs and my 3rd BA recently due to saline implant deflation. There was a leak in my saline implant and needed to have it fixed immediately.
My first BA was 325cc saline round implants in March 2005, implant moved out of pocket and wanted a bigger size. Second BA 500cc high profile round saline implant Dec 2011. I liked the size but.....
....Implant FAILED Sep 2016. So a THIRD revision was required. Revision was done in Oct 2016
I highly recommend to all patients that get implants to place the extended warranty on them, it will be well worth it. The financial assistance Mentor Advantage had was very helpful!! I saved $2400+ towards my revision. Remember breast augmentation is an investment long term NOT a one time procedure. GRAVITY, AGE, and Unpredictable situations.
With my Revision my doctor recommended I go 590cc textured silicone gel implants. I'm definitely excited about the surgery, I was literally walking around for 2 weeks with one boob :(
Here are some before and after photos. I will continue to follow up with my revision journey.

Did you go thru the bottom of your breast to insert the implant? Thanks for sharing, like knowing about the 500 and above cc's.

Yes all the BA's the incision was through the bottom crease of the breast. Scars are hardly noticeable as long as proper care is taken. I used Merderma and Bio-Oil after the incisions were completely healed.

Thanks, mine is below areola but I'm going in for larger in November and will ask DR about crease incision.

590cc Textured Silicone Ultra High Profile. Breast Revision

Getting my #3 BA! Well I had a deflated implant almost 5 years old. originally had 500cc saline under the muscle was happy with them until one leaked and deflated within 10 days and very was noticeable. Had 2 consults with 2 docs for the revision. After go thought I choose.
I just had my 3rd BA to get it fixed. PS suggested textured 590cc gel implants ultra highl profile. So far one breast is doing well, the boob that the implant deflated is very swollen, lots of discomfort. Hoping my PS can assist me with concerns on my 6 day post Op appointment.

Oh they look wonderful already, lucky girl! They look beautiful! I hope your boob feels better. I know that the painful boob is the boob that had deflated but did the dr explain why that would contribute to it being more painful? By the way, I grew up in federal way lol!!!!

Good news my boob is okay, my PS says it normal after a deflated breast gets revised that the tissue will be tender. So just massage gently for a couple of weeks.

Update my right breast is feeling better, but is still high and sensitive. Recommended by PA to massage the right breast where implant was deflated so that it will drop more. Also for me to keep in mind that it is still early so eager as always to boobs to "drop and fluff"

You are exactly what my PS has suggested! Not sure on the ccs just yet because I'm tall (5'9) and am wanting that "she has boobs" look. How are you liking the textured implants? Are they hard? I know you can't massage but do the move like your previous boobies? That's the only thing I'm nervous about.
Could you also update pics...my surgery is Friday 12/9!!
Thanks!!

So far the textured implants feel good, a little bit stiff and they get cold easily but my PS says it's still early. They are way perker than my other BAs which is nice. They don't move as much as my other breasts but I think it's because they haven't settled yet.

That's what I've been reading. Not sure why they would get cold easier??? But I've read that as well hummm
Thank you for replying...you look amazing already!
Great advice about getting the extended warranty! And thank you for pointing out that breast implants aren't a one time deal. This is such an important message for women considering implants. Did you stuff your bra the 2 weeks when your implant was deflated? Hoping you'll comment on a forum for breast implant revision members so others can easily find you and learn from your experience. Thank you for sharing with us and looking forward to your updates as you continue to heal!
