Signed up for a gym membership. Wearing my 2nd stage garment consistently. I know there’s a huge difference. Wish it was more though. I go for my 3 month in November. I think I will end up getting my arms done too but we’ll see how much things change before then

I felt so good today! And people are noticing at work asking what I’ve been doing to lose weight.
My boss is even interested in getting the procedure! She just wanted to see and hear about my results.
I am still wearing my garment, massaging everywhere and drinking tons of water. I would definitely recommend this procedure to anyone who is not in love with their appearance. Especially moms who feel like they were so busy taking care of everyone else.
