Sure Sculpt Update

I had my second Sure Sculpt on July 9, 2018. My pictures were compared to my first visit and I had lost 2 inches! A little swelling and tenderness after this treatment but certainly tolerable. The procedure went by very quick this time! Looking forward to my follow up which will be in 12 weeks and almost a year since my TT and DR! I am pleased with the results so far and excited to see the transformation in in the months ahead!

Why did you get Sure Sculpt on top of the mini TT? Was the TT not enough? I’m looking into different procedures in Syracuse (mini TT or Cool Sculpt) & think that the number of session I need for Cool Sculpt, it would be more affordable to just get the mini TT or Smart Lipo in Rochester.

Hi Yskin, I received SureSculpt because I was unhappy with my results of the miniTT and then underwent BodyTite. The results from BodyTite helped me achieve the look I wanted. If I were to do this all over again wish I had went for a full TT but my surgeon stated I didn't not have enough skin to perform a full TT. I wish you the best and let me know what you decided on having done.

Swelling at 8 months!

Still continue to swell in my 8th month post op. I continue to massage daily, eat and exercise right. By noon I am ready to tear my pants off from the tightness feeling! I had Suresculpt on May 17 2018 and scheduled for my second appt in July. Any suggestions on why I am still swelling would be helpful and what I could do:)

Would love to hear from others that had a MTT last October!

HI did you find out why you have continual swelling ? I'm. 1 month post and I'm hoping that mine is significantly better by 8 weeks ! I thought swelling would resolve by 8 months ? Have you asked your surgeon?

Swelling can be common for 6 to 12 months post mini TT. The flap of skin that was loosened off the abdominal muscle wall and pulled down (the tuck), needs to reattach. All the lymphatic systems were cut through to make that happen and it takes time for them to re-establish themselves.....hence, the persistent swelling. Be patient....this will get better with time.
