38 Yo, 3 Kids Breast Fed Silicone (Gummy Bear)

I had my first consultation today and scheduled my surgery!!! I feel like I know what I want already from all the research I've done here so felt confident in scheduling the surgery appointment. The PS I'm using doesn't typically go with Mentor implants so I did have to alter my original idea, but the Natrelle does seem like a good option. I'm going for the middle gummy option out of the 3 options of firmness. I haven't selected my CC's yet but am hoping for around 450-500. One lady I talked to (office worker not NP) Seemed to react in a way that made me think she thought that is too big for me. I hope I don't have to fight too hard to go as big as I want. I've read of people being disappointed in not being big enough. But I don't want to be too big either, I'm sort of afraid of looking fat! I'm 5'3 & around 125. My pre-op appointment is scheduled for 5/14/18 & they said I will try on the sizers then. I plan on going under the muscle, the NP suggested under as well which reassured me. She said I have good tissue on top to help camoflauge the implant. I'm super excited and a little nervous. I'm sure I will get more nervous as the date approaches, but I'm going to try my best to not freak out!
