26, 5'4" 122#, 18% Body Fat, No Children, Mentor 450cc HP - Syracuse, NY

Nothing much going on. I feel some twinges in my left breast under the nipple sometimes not sure what that is but nothing concerning. I feel they have certainly dropped more since my PS popped stitches last week. My left is still lagging and I took a picture that really exaggerates how different they look. It really depends on the angle and what I'm wearing. I do sort of prefer the upper fullness of my left but my right fits in bras and stuff better. Now that most of the swelling is gone I really can't believe these are 450s it's like my body has just eaten them up lol

Had my 1 month post op (a week late because I had to reschedule). I was cleared to do anything and everything lift whatever I want, wear whatever bras or no bras I want, sleep on my stomach, etc. Dr said they will continue to round out and that they look good, he measured me and asked if I wear 32 or 34 because I'm really 33". He said I'm a D. Could be a C in some bras. Which I feel is spot on. I went to VS and got bras cuz I'm SO over ugly sports bras. They run small as most prob know and are vanity sized. There I fit best in 32DDD so I got one black and one tan bra in that size and one 34DD in the sports bra because they run so tight the 32 hurt my ribs SO tight lol. Made me feel good that in VS I'm the smallest and biggest size they have at 32DDD Hahahaha. I wanted all the cute prints but I'm starting from scratch so need to slowly build and I'm nervous things might change a bit in the next few months. Also in the office he "popped" my internal sutures. No one I know has had their doctor do that, have any of you ladies!?! I believe I popped some myself last week. But it was a LOUD pop I could hear/feel (not painful). When he did it I didn't hear or feel a thing but he said he felt them pop. Whatever. Lol. For 5 weeks I've been so eager to be out of a sports bra now that I am UGH so uncomfortable like wearing an underwire bra for the first time as a young woman. So weird!!

Tried on some old bikinis and even found one I've never even seen before, loving how they look in bikini!!!!! But had my husband take pics trying to see the double bubble I have with my arms raised and you can see it in the pic because it's so minor but it shows how much higher the crease on my left is ugh. That's annoying but not enough noticeable to be something I would consider to needing to be "fixed" if it stayed like that because it's really only obvious if I'm naked and I don't have my clothes off that much hahaha!
