Bromelian and arnica

I forgot to mention I am taking bromelian and arnica tabs everyday. I didn't like the arnica gel. For some reason it made my skin very hot. Maybe I'm just very sensitive to anything on my skin. I know the gel had worked really well for others here on RS.

Four week pics

Four weeks

I'm at four weeks today and I'm feeling much better. My energy level has definitely improved. I'm not 100% yet but I can get out and do some things and not be completely burned out. I go back to work next Monday and I'm concerned about it. I'm not sure my energy level is up to that yet but I'm going to have to do it anyway. My job is very physical and 10hrs a day 5-6 days a week. Hopefully I can do something lighter duty for a couple more weeks when I return. Fingers crossed.
I've had a couple of small setbacks this week. The silverdine ointment the dr gave me to use on my belly button caused an allergic reaction. I am allergic to metals if they're on my skin too long. I don't wear jewelry or earings because of this. But I've been that way for so long I didn't even think to mention it as being an allergy. I've switched to using a neosporin with no zinc and the redness and puffiness seems to be going down. Also I was feeling a bit itchy for a day or so and thought it was just a normal part of healing but a few nights ago I woke up and I was on fire with horrible itchiness. I went to the bathroom and removed my binder and I had a heat rash all over my hips and lower tummy. : (
I decided to keep my binder off until it's all healed. I've just been wearing very loose fitted clothes and not using any lotions or soaps that could cause the pores to not be able to sweat. It's gotten a little better everyday.
My swelling has gone down quite a bit and the glue/scab has started to peel off. I'm standing up straight when walking although it takes a few seconds for the muscles to relax if I go from sitting to standing. So I walk hunched for a few seconds until they stretch out and I'm able to straighten up. I'm going to post some pics bellow. You'll notice there's still bruising from the lipo. It is still swollen and numb/sore everywhere I had lipo done. Also you may notice the bumps and redness from my heat rash on my hips and lower belly. But I have to say it is nice to start seeing some definition and some of the swelling going down.
I hope all of ya'll are doing well!
