Final thoughts - no regrets

The outcome has been a definite improvement. The hard spot was treated with kybella. I wasn’t sure if that worked or what fixed it but 3 years on it has resolved.
Front on I think the result is stunning and beautiful. Side view is a marked improvement and very good but not stunning. So I really recommend you ask Ajaka to go to town on your side profile of ankle so it can look as bony as possible. Side view my ankle is definitely not bony but much less fat and more contoured than before. I still have my ankle / calf skin a bit loose I tried the laser they use ( see previous post) which is fine but I’d recommend RF radio frequency instead or on top of it. Find a clinic that offers that and get into that laser as soon are allowed to. In the future I hope lasers or kybella can be used to help with the little but irritating fat pads around the ankle that prevent it from looking bony in side view. I think due to veins or arteries they can’t get too close to there with Lipo (I vaguely think I remember him saying?!? Or I’m making it up ???? no idea)
But final verdict I’d highly recommend Ajaka for this procedure. He will give you free treatments if issues arise to fix them huh is important. He’s very nice not condescending. He gives you his mobile no too. He’s a sweetheart he has a soul.
The ankles are a notoriously difficult area to treat so I don’t regret paying extra for him to do it because he did it very well and you don’t want your lower legs butchered because it’s not like you can even hide them. 100 per cent recommend. It is great to have more proportionate legs and as a dr he will do the right thing by you should anything go wrong which is important.
Thanks for reading and happy to answer any questions.
I will try and upload pictures if I can get my life together- also I think I’ve gained weight since then! But Ajaka has my photos too so if you have a consult ask to see photos of his other cankle patients and you’ll see mine! Cheers!

I have a lump on the front of my ankle and my skin is loose

I've been told these will resolve and have a check up appointment next month, but I'm not optimistic. They had a venus Freeze machine there which I felt helped with my skin tightening but they are not offering me that anymore. They also (kindly) injected PRP into my ankle bulge but it hasnt really improved sadly... anyway we will see how it goes...

2 days after surgery

Had my first massage at the clinic which was pretty much just squeezing the blood out. I've been doing that at home too. Prepare for lots of blood with water not just to b drain out but that you need to squeeze out for best results. Blood is all over the floor because the holes are near my ankles. Sometimes it's sore lumpy and tender to squeeze out. I'm finding its easier with my arnica cream but boy does it hurt you feel every lump and bump and the point is to smooth them out. Yow. You also really need to get as many bed pads from your surgeon as possible cos even with towels the blood will eventually get through to your sheets.

Front view the legs look noticeably improved side view I'm not seeing much of a difference. Hopefully that improves soon! Take some pain killers before massaging and sleep up! I'd recommend some iron tablets too if you feel tired from the blood loss like I did ????
