24 days post op - concerned about right breast "dropping" + stitches showing
My procedure was a circumareolar breast augmentation with mastoplexy.
I am just over 3 weeks post op and the bandages have come off my nipples. I looks like I have some small black pieces of the stitches sticking out. they are not painful or annoying however I am not sure if I need to have them removed straight away or what leaving them there would do?
My other concern is that my right breast is still sitting a lot higher than my left and it makes it look like they are different sizes.
My PS and his clinic have been pretty good at assuring me that final results won't be seen until the 6 month mark - I guess a call would have been good to calm my nerves and reassure me that everything was still running smoothly.

Hello! Here are some pictures of the healing in progress. You can see the swelling and bruising going down a little. I have started the cleavage massages along the sternum. Happy with the size, considering the swelling.
