So I had my consultation with Dr. J a week ago. I initially was just going to get BBL but then told him I'd like a quote for breast aug too. I wanted the quote before paying the 500 to lock in my date. Well the quote included fat graphing to the hips for an extra 1000 which I do NOT want. I have am fine with my hips and do not want to look like Kim Kardashian who to me looks like a wide load from the front with a diaper booty. I like the more of track runners. I already have thick toned thighs and exercise 6 days a week. He told me to gain 15 pounds which I'll do because I have no back fat and don't carry fat on my top as I'm pear shaped.
But I wanted to ask them if they could take off the fat graphing to the hips and ask if he uses gummy implants for his silicone implants. Also if he places the implant behind the muscle which I heard is better if you lift weights which I do.

I just got my quote from Yily for $2900 for BBL. Im not getting any grafting to the hips as I am already pear shaped . I just want a liitle bit more projection in my butt. I don't have that much fat butt that actually works out for me as I already have a good size butt and do not want to over do it. Yily did not tell me to gain any weight and I saw a girl smaller than me get good results.
I am looking to go in early April. I want to stay at Jacqueline House and need a roomy so I can get $75 a day versus $90 :)

Also I'm not sure how long I want to stay. What do you guys think? I will be traveling alone so I need to be able to make it through the airports on my own post surgery.
After I pick a date,flight, and length of stay at JH THEN I'll start getting all the items I need.
Also in the email Yily said she only takes cash then she said something about Paypal. So do I pay her the full 2900 western union, Paypal, or when I get there? I see she takes USD so I don't need to pay in pesos.
