Almost 2 years post op with Salama!

Ok, so although I created this account wayyyyyy back when I just now have made up my mind that this restoration of my body is going to happen no matter what next year! As you can see from my pics i have humongous love handles and NO A$$ lol. I have also been F***** with a Kangaroo pouch from previous pregnancies. I also need to get rid of the fat that my body has stored in my chin. Ok enough about appearances; I like most have been completely obsessed with researching before and after pics of the fat grafting to butt and hips for the past couple years. Fortunately my husband and I have made it possible to have this done for me. I NEED this for myself. I am a mother of 4 boys and only 25. My body has completely gone to sh** BUT this is why I am here. 2014 is my year and i plan to make things happen for me and my family. I have never really been motivated about anything except for school and now this. I am taking online courses to obtain a degree in Health Care Administration. Anyway, enough about my personal sh**. I have included some picture of what i want my body to look like after everything is done and what i currently look like. I have been looking into a couple doctors that claim to specialize in the BBL but have seriously only been impressed by a few. First, i was looking into Salama and at the time his prices matched his results and with all due respect his results are great for someone looking for a perky booty maybe even a small figured women (those were the ones with the best results) but in my case i am looking to get every cents worth of my BBL. The next doctor i was looking at was Dr. Yily. I have to admit for a minute i was completely OBSESSEDDDDDD! I wasn't able to find many post op pics of her patients but enough to be impressed. I thought i was set on her but after receiving her quote (which was very affordable) I noticed she included a tummy tuck price which i had advised her i was completely against and would be willing to lose weight if necessary. Now that i think of it i read a couple reviews where she flipped out on patients if they were against a tummy tuck. This could very well have been her wanting her results to be fantastic BUT i don't think a patient should be forced to do something they don't want or cant afford. Well even after emailing her about not wanting the TT she still quoted me for it but dropped the price 500. Maybe she thought i couldn't afford it IDK. A number of things also worried me about getting work done out of the country. I am latina therefore I speak spanish so therewas no language barrier but I have never been to DR so with that and other factors I was OUT. Anyway, this made me start researching again and by chance I came across a fantastic post op pic of one of Dr.J's patients! I could not believe he made such a drastic change! Immediately I filled out some info and got an instant quote....11,000! A bit pricey but I was extremely impressed BUT i wanted to keep searching just in case there were other doctors that i had missed. Finally, i came across Dr. Cortes. Not only are his results ALMOST as good as Dr.J's he is wayyyy closer to me given the fact that i live in Texas. His wait list wasn't a year long either! I wasn't quoted from his because i still couldn't get over Dr.J's fabulous results so what i decided to do was schedule a consultation with Dr.J first then decide if it wasn't for me I could get a quote and consultation for Cortes. So I called Dr.J's office and got "Randi" on the phone (love, love, love her)! She was very nice and professional. She advised me that in order to set a date I would have to have a consultation first. My initial response was "Great, let's do it". She laughed and said ok. She asked if i preferred in house or by phone. I advised her i was in Texas so by phone would be more convenient. Then she said the soonest date for a phone consultation was JANUARY 21, 2015!!!! Yes you read right....2015!!! lol I was like ummm ok. She advised me of the cancellation list and told me it was first come first serve so be sure to keep my phone by me at all times. I agreed and she also let me know the doctor would be holding webenars and that if they were successful he would be doing them for people that were interested. I said PUT ME DOWN! lol She did and than she advised me to send my picture in and gave me an email address. So....1 week passed by and all day i had been getting calls from scammers with different area codes trying to offer me loans and I had became completely annoyed. I was just about to turn my ringer off when my phone rang, it was a GA area code and for a split second i thought of rejecting it but i remembered what Randi had said so i answered AND IT WAS HER!!! She advised me the webenars were a success and I could have my consultation via webenar moved up to June 18th of this year...three weeks away! If you could have seen my face! I thanked her over and over again because i was beginning to wonder if i had the patience to wait that long. So now here i am 3 weeks away from my consultation and i cannot get over how excited i am! I really hope he can give me the results i want...

Well all of my BBL sisters know picking a doctor is no easy task. My heart and body both want Dr.J to do this surgery but my pocket book is screaming DONT DO IT!!! lol I have been researching like crazy from Yily, Cortes, Duran, Perry, and now Baez. She is a doctor that is just starting out so she is extremely cheap however she doesn't have many post op pics to show off her skills. The ones she does have are great especially her breast lifts. FYI im looking to have a bbl and breast augmentation with implants done. I can afford Dr. J but only the BBL. I know he just keeps raising his prices and I understand he is the best but this is just inconvenient for someone barely making it. Dr. Yily has been receiving so much bad press that she has left my list of options and Dr. Duran has not left me impressed too much. Dr. Cortes has good and ok results and im sorry but if im about to dish out some bread like 10-11 g's i need great not good. I am so confused and i dont want to be sending ya'll on a roller coaster and change what doc im going to every week so for now im just asking ya'll to help me out and give me some feedback if you have had some work done by any of these docs PLEASE and THANKS LOVELIES!!!

Ok so i know i let ya'll know i wasn't sure what I was gonna do and I attended the webinar for Dr. Jimerson and I needed a quote for the procedures that i wanted and wrote and called and left my number but no one called me back so i guess Dr. Jimerson is officially off my list of PS's. Anyway I have emailed with Dra. Baez and am waiting for an official quote but I did call her and her assistant answered while she was in surgery. He put the phone to her ear and she was such a sweetheart!!! She let me know she was in the middle of a surgery and she would love for me to call her later this evening so I am going to do that. Now i get why she wasn't answering my emails so quickly. lol Anyway, I got in touch with Dr. Hughes and I have to admit he is the first doc i have spoken to since i have been trying to get quotes from different doctors. He advised me that he could perform the BBL for 7500( i guess his prices went up too) and the breast augmentation with implants for 7500 totaling $15,000!!! I think it would come out to the same amount of money if i would have done it with dr. j BUT he would be willing to get 1500 cc's per cheek in. I love that! I understand he is in Cali and they are expensive out there but i can get a really good surgeon here in texas to do an augmentation with lift and implants for 4000 flat, i just didnt want to get procedures done at separate times. I would perfer to have it all done at once. 15,000 would pay off my truck! i just don't want to be that selfish when it comes to this whole thing. I am confident Baez can give me what im looking for at an affordable price and hopefully i can get a quote from her tonight and try to lock in a date and price before she gets "yily" famous. If i had the money to spend without feeling guilty i would def go to jimerson or hughes but truth is i don't. I just want to think this thing out and be sure who im going with. My husband getts annoyed with me cuz im always pullin up new post op pics n telling him bout a new doctor i found lol hes like " i thought u were set on the other doc" lol dang, shows how much he listens to me. I told him that picking a doctor is important. U want to make sure the doctor you pick has a connection with you and you have a good feeling about the whole thing. I hate waiting last minute for planning. I used to be that girl that played it by ear and never made plans but now after having 4 kids im always writing to do lists and planning things out. If i can get this done by September i will be happy but if not i would be happy with November. Wish me luck BBL sisters, I'm def going to need it!
