Almost 2 years post op with Salama!

I know I haven't kept everyone up to date and for that I'm sorry. In Feb it'll have been almost 2 years. I'm still happy with my results but I haven't really kept up with the doctors instructions. My ass def looks more natural now and I am contemplating a round 2. I've lost 40 lbs since the surgery so I look more proportioned now. Here are some pics for y'all to check out. Dr. Salama changes my life! My self esteem is better now and of course the attention I get is crazy. Its kind of bitter sweet tho because u never know if someone that's pursuing you is interested in u as an individual or if they are just interested in that "a**" lol. Well if I had the choice to do it again I would. Everyone was great overall! The only thing I would say is if u have skinny legs like me don't go too big because then it looks weird. Lol that's why I had to lose weight.

Ladies I will say I am not feeling too great about my results so far I've been trying to tell myself that with time it will only get better but I really wish my butt was bigger and that he would have done lipo more aggressively. I mean I still have a tummy which is making me really consider a round two. Now don't get me wrong I understand he didn't do it as aggressive because I am or I should say WAS a smoker but I will be doing my round two with him. I refuse to go to anyone else. Also maybe of I would have lost weight I would have been happier with my results. I am only praying that a miracle happens and fluffing takes a turn for the best. Anyway thank u ladies for being so supportive I love yall for that!
