Welp, I am still stalking the RR site for about 2 years & have been back & forth with when to get my procedure done & which doctor to go with. I have leaned heavily towards Dr. Jimmerson and I actually sent in my current "selfies" to their office & I'm sticking with them now. I just had to put the process on hold because I am in the process of buying a house.........priorities 1st! Soon as July hits, I'm back on track! Anywho, I have learned a great deal from the ladies on the BBL site & I want to thank all of you for posting your before & after pictures, how you felt leading up to your surgery, feelings afterwards & all the great advice that you have offered. I must say that when I read the posts, I feel like I am there in the moment too, getting excited along with you!!
Enough of that, I am going to try to @ least be on SOME kind of ball during this house buying process so that when I get back on board for my surgery, I will have some positivity there! Changing my eating habits, going to take in more water & add some vitamin C & Iron to my vitamin intake; I am currently taking a multivitamin and 2 Biotin pills (hair is down my back now; LOVE IT!) I don't exercise, but I purposely moved on the 3rd floor of my apartment building just for that reason; I am rather lazy, something that I know I need to work on too. Gotta get that in gear too because if I am paying $$$ for a new body, makes no sense for me to mess it up reverting back to my old ways! I am done having children, so no need to worry about that part of the equation, just gotta get on & stay on track with the healthy eating.
***More suggestions on how to get over to the healthy eating side will be more than welcomed here*** I don't eat bad, just what I take in, I'm quite sure, needs to be changed. Like I drink VERY LITTLE WATER, just started taking in too much soda lately, veggies everyday, but probably still not enough & no fruits really. I have read that some turn to shakes as well. Any suggestions on good ones? I am currently about 5'5' & weighing about 154, hopefully I won't have to lose any weight.
I think that is enough for now, I will just continue to read up on you guys & take in all that I can in order to get myself going & really motivated!
Thanks again ladies & See you guys on the other side =D
