I'm a 34 year young proud mother of 5. I'm 5"6 180lbs. I had the gastric bypass 2012, breast reduction and tummy tuck 2013. Now I'm going to get the BBL hopefully this year. My consult is April so anyone who wants to give up an earlier consult date please let me know. Apparently if you pay full balance cash you could be placed on a fast track which I plan on doing. My kids and I have been blessed thanks to the Almighty. I'm looking to actually have surgery in late May. I don't know how fast their track is but I'm ready. I've stalked this site since before I had my gastric bypass. It's great to feel even more gorgeous on the outside. I have a good man, mom, sisters, and friends that supports me so ladies disregard all the negative folks. My sister told me I should of read the FINE print when I had my gastric and oh how she never lied. You gonna have haters and that's a shame. What gets me is when the rich and famous get PS the lower class don't say to much but as soon as a broke Bih want it done. All this salt get thrown in. All I'm saying ladies that want it done, already had it done thumbs up to you. I just pray all ends well and I can't wait to be on the other side. Ready to whine slow for all my haters. Lol

I'm making progress now that I called Dr. Jimerson's office yesterday to see about paying my $500 deposit. I was told they no longer allow the patients to pay their deposit before the consult date. Luckily my consult date moved up from April 10 to February 13. I'm even more excited now. Who has ever been so excited to give up 10K. MEEEE, PICK MEEE. LOL
I'm going to keep this consult date so it will give me time to pay full balance in cash.

My consult was rescheduled for Thursday Feb 20th due to the bad storm. I received a phone call stating the storm got worst and the office would be closed. The staff was working from home. Yes I must admit I was on pins and needles anxiously awaiting that day however safety comes first. I pray all is well up North. I will be paying at the time of my consult because I'm trying to lock the end of May in to have my surgery. I want to be home with my kids most of the summer. I plan on taking 8 weeks off work. Could anyone inbox me and share what term they used for FMLA paperwork and STD forms? I want them to know the important info but not the specifics. Did you fax your forms to DrJ office? What was the turn around time getting them back? Did you have to pay any extra to have them complete any forms needed for work?
