Time has gone by pretty quick since my surgery (compared to the slow pace it moved at the days leading up to it!). Since my last update not too much has changed although now I've made it back into the the gym, slowly at first but I did my first 5k run the other day and felt fine so I think I'm in the clear for most activities now. The only thing that's still weird is anything that involves my pec muscles, it feels weird and I don't like the way I get "flex deformation" when my muscles are engaged. I'm wondering if this will get better as my muscles get even weaker or when my implants are totally settled and soft. That's another thing I'm waiting for is for them to get soft as they still seem pretty hard. I think they can still drop a bit more too in my opinion, at least I hope they do. Other than that just using my scar guard silicone strips (airing the incisions for a few hours every couple days when I change them) and I can still feel the internal stitches which kinda feel a bit lumpy and don't like it when I wear a bra with a tight band (which I avoid anyways). I've attached a few photos from a couple days ago. Overall loving the results!

Looking good, very natural :)

They look great! What size were you before?? Are you happy with the 300cc? I have surgery on the 21st and debating sizes!! Either 275 or 295 moderate profile. I know it's not a big difference but still feel so confused as I want them to look really natural

I was an A cup before (you can see some photos from my pre-op somewhere!). I'm pretty happy with the size! Some days I think I could have gone bigger and some I think I could have gone with my smaller choice but overall I'm super happy with the size and my decision overall! Don't stress too much about sizes that are only 20cc apart! If that's the size range you are comfortable with I'm sure you'll be happy with the results either way! Just think if you'd be happier with them being slightly too big or too small (but honestly with the sizes you are considering they probably won't be too big -although I don't know your size or BWD). Good luck!

I am four months out and I can flex my pecs and it is weird, I am not sure but this does not go away. I can no longer use the abdominal equipment that is upright and has a pad or ball for back support and your arms rest on the sids; you lift your legs out or and bring them up, it puts very weird pressure on my pecs. I lay down and do leg lifts or other variations. You look great

I believe it's because any sub-muscular placement involves the cutting of the pecs lower attachment. This video is really interesting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkrAKBetYWA

Interesting to know how placement works! I can do most upper body lifting without any weird feelings, planks, weights, barre and yoga moves, it does get better with time and healing. Just the one ab lift does not work for me! I could also flex my pecs prior to surgery and I water ski and wakeboard quite often so flexing them moves the implant now, guess it is a new trick

My 3 week was actually a couple days ago but I've been so busy I didn't get the chance to update!
So things are still going good with me and the girls. Using ScarGuard on the incisions hoping to smooth them out and get them to lighten up. Doing my massages twice a day keeping the pocket loose to prevent cc. Minimal discomfort, some when I wake up after I've been sleeping on my side (I can't help it! It's how I'm comfortable) and sometimes during the day a bit of discomfort for my nipples since they are sensitive and I work outside in the cold and they get kinda sore! The sharp pain in my left boob has almost stopped which is nice.
I find it weird that I can feel the lumps where the internal stitches are and I think those will take a while to go away.
Still looking for them to drop and fluff some more but overall happy with the results so far!

Your result looks awesome! We have very similar ideal - I hope my dicided size will get me there aswell. So hard to know! 275/310 is what I'm going for.

Thanks! If you are debating between the two sizes then the 35cc difference shouldn't make a huge visual difference in the end, but I just read your review and if the size difference is to resolve asymmetry then that makes sense. Best of luck!

Thank you! Yes, counting the days now.. I'm trying not to doubt my decision - my sergeon suggested 360 cc first. But I think this is what I'm looking for.. But you can never be certain until it's done..!

Yeah the first size my surgeon suggested was 350 which I thought would be way too big (I tried the 350 sizers and they felt huge!). But now that they are in an I am getting used to them, I'm sure I would have gotten used to 350 too. But I wanted natural results so I'm glad I stuck with my gut and went with 300. I don't think anyone has noticed since now I just wear a non-padded bra and look pretty much the same as I did before but with a bra with lots of padding!

Oh, that's so reassuring to hear that you also "went down a size"! I do go back and forth in my mind but I'm too scared to wake up feeling they are too big and the result you talk about is what I want- that no one actually can tell! Thanks for sharing!!

Looking good! Do they feel soft yet? Mine are still hard and I'm wondering when they will start to soften up
User Avatar
February 23, 2017
Yeah they're getting a bit softer, but I hope they will get a bit squishier since they do seem a bit too solid still. The difference between 3 and 4 weeks has been mostly softening, and the fact that I'm barely sore anymore which is nice. Finally hit the gym for the first time in a month which felt great!

The photos are from yesterday when I was 2 weeks post op! Time flies!
I feel really good and only have minor discomfort every now and then along the incisions and in my left breast there's a sort of electric pain every once in a while when I reach out or use that arm (mostly bending over like with putting on shoes). Other than that just waiting for them to finish dropping and anxious to get back into the gym!
I took the surgery tape off and have started using the silicone strips. The incisions don't look that bad and I'm sure they'll get better.
Still also doing massages twice a day.
Will update in another couple weeks.

Thanks! and yeah I'm feeling like I wish I did it sooner too! But at least now I'm old enough to have made the important decision after analyzing the risks and consequences and also be financially secure enough to do it it without spending all my money on boobs!

Looks like they are dropping nicely! Glad to hear you're doing well x
