How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Botched MiraDry
Terrible would be an understatement. Dr. Shah performed MiraDry for hyperhydrosis on me in December 2017. It is now October 2018 and I still have banding, pulling and pain. My arm swells every time I work out.
I went back in after 2 months for a follow up due to the extreme pain and swelling and I had also lost total sensation in my right tricep for 8 months. Only recently am I able to feel light touch.
The aftercare was atrocious. When examining me I would say "that's painful" and he would respond "oh, that's great" he needs to find another way of acknowledging a statement.
After I repeatedly complained of pain they finally sent me to a neurologist and then we decided to sever our relationship as there is was no trust between the physician and myself.
I am now seating more than before, I still have a smell and now I have the addition of pain and inability to exercise vigorously and no ability to lift weights with my right arm.
I am now working with MiraDry directly to have Dr. Shahs ability to perform MiraDry removed.
