Result of surgery is acceptable. I don't regret having it done. Surgery was 4 hrs late - nobody bothered to tell my husband who was in the waiting room. Eyelids were not reduced equally. Her immediate reaction was a 2nd surgery so eyes would match. 1.5 years later she felt one laser treatment done by assistant in office brought about acceptable results and that the additional folds In left eyelid were there since childhood.

I guess the most important thing is that, despite the extremely unprofessional treatment you received from Dr. Pacheco, ultimately you are OK with the surgery results -- you don't sound very enthusiastic about it. Now that you are at 1 year post, hopefully you are completely done with Dr. Pacheco, once and for all. She doesn't deserve another second of your time, or another penny of your money. Stay blessed! :-)

I don't regret the procedure and am please with the results. I don't know that any cosmetic surgery turns out totally symmetrical and I can deal with that with makeup. What I did not like was the way I was treated by the doctor - her bedside manner. I never felt valued by her as a patient. I have since gone to Dr. Henry Sandel in Annapolis and will never look back.
