Hello Real Self Community!

I am super excited to be here and share the start of my journey with my breast lift w/implants.

Stats: 42, 5'8", 149 lbs, current implants 375cc mentor gummies mod plus (right breast is ruptured). Right breast is slipping lower than left and is sliding slightly into armpit. Right breast also has a noticeable indentation under aerola from previous surgeons work.

I have had 5 children, 3 of which were breastfed. The reason I initially decided on replacing my current implants is because of free floating silicone that was found during an ultrasound. It is considered rare due to the type of implant I currently have however I was instructed it would be best to remove the current rupture. After being physically examined we are still uncertain if it is a true rupture and will only know for sure once the new procedure takes place. I honestly would rather be safe than sorry. The second reason I am going through with the procedure is due to the loose skin and drooping areola's from pregnancy. After having all my children I am beginning my first part of mommy makeover to regain my body for me :) I am opting for Allergan implants this time around. My goal is to go a tiny bit larger anywhere from 435-475cc and to place my areola's in a more youthful position. The size will be decided upon by my surgeon during surgery. Since this involves a lift I am leaving it up to his discretion as to not hinder the results of the lift itself. My surgery will consist of the following: breast lift, implant exchange, reconstruction of breast fold and pocket and internal mesh (Seri Surgical Scaffold) which will create an internal bra over time.

My surgery is scheduled for June 29th. I will post pics and add updates along the way.

Oh my gosh, thank you so much!! It’s super easy to doubt itself during this process so I truly appreciate your feedback. I don’t know how large I’ll be able to go but the style and shape are beautiful. As long as it goes well with my body... Hoping for the best!... I totally appreciate the suggestion by the way! I will definitely post more as the time passes.
