I'm 35 years old have 2 children work full-time...

I'm 35 years old have 2 children work full-time and recently moved from another state. Finally decided to do something for myself after a period of blah and it was worth every cent. Although this post only allowed me to pick one procedure I also had body sculpting with liposuction and fat transfer which I will do another post on after this. The most difficult part of this process was finding "the one" to go with as I was exactly comfortable asking my relatively new neighbors about my plastic surgery needs. I also didn't see any specific online reviews so I thought documenting my process in its authenticity might help others like me. I consulted with several of the sugar land and houston plastic surgeons but the one that stood out to me the most and who I went with was Dr. Peter Chang and Timeless Plastic Surgery. His entire office and OR staff are incredible and made me felt at ease throughout all the way from the consult to current day which is 2 weeks out exactly. When I met Dr. Chang at the consult he was so down to earth and I felt comfortable in sharing my thoughts as well as open to listening to his thoughts on my own thoughts( more on that with the liposuction post) but my breast were borderline on needing a lift and I went in expecting it. Dr. Chang recommend another option which to go with a new implant made by allergen that filled more than the traditional style and that would help give me extra upper fullness this delaying the need for a lift. he was the only surgeon that offered me this less expensive and less invasive option which was impressive to me. I felt like he was actually taking me into consideration. The fact that I'm young, single and work full-time he pointed out I would avoid rather obvious scars at such a young age and require less downtime (time off from a new job) to recover. I also loved that his surgery center is connected to his office and that I wouldn't require general anesthesia but would another kind of anesthesia where I was asleep under IV sedation. The nurses were very informative during the preop process and answered all my questions and then some before I could even ask. The team I feel is very detailed oriented and are true to their "concierge care" slogan. Dr. Chang was clear in pointing out that I had to very different shaped and sized breasts and without performing the lift they may remain slightly different after the procedure. Honestly I hadn't even noticed until he pointed it out and the difference to me was not my main concern. Surgery day I was nervous when I walked in but the minute I was taken back by the nurse I felt at ease. I can't recall much about the surgery day itself after being marked by Dr. Chang before the procedure and I don't recall going home at all. The first thing I remember after the surgery was laughing in the kitchen with my daughter over which medication to take first. I had surgery on a Friday, had my first followup on Monday and returned to work Tuesday. I sit at a desk and as long as I wasn't taking narcotic pain meds he cleared me to go back. I was taking regular tylenol for the minimal discomfort by that Tuesday. I'm wearing a supportive bra and I love the way my breast look and feel to date. Will Continue to update my process.

Your before and after pictures are amazing. I really like you results...congratulations! That's great you were able to avoid a lift for now. Interesting concept on getting a slightly overfilled implant to help fill in your upper pole. So glad you're happy and that you could do this for yourself. What was your size before implants? How many CCs did you get?
