Amazing and Successful Rhinoplasty Experience - my Life Has Changed

Since the day I was operated on by Dr. Ahmet DILBER, I’m very happy and can breathe again... A new life begins for me!
So Hello everyone, I'm Halil KARAKUS, 25 years old, from France. I went to Istanbul on September 25 to have nose surgery by Dr. Ahmet DILBER.
My nose had many problems, both functionally and aesthetically. First of all, there was a very important deviation to the right, so I could only breathe from the left side. I also had a bumpy nose, a dropping nose (also called ‘nasal tip ptosis’), and nostril’s asymmetry.
Younger, when I was 18, I had a nose surgery in France, but unfortunately there was no change in my nose, neither functionally nor aesthetically. I was very disappointed. I lost all confidence in myself but also in surgeons.

Beyond than financial criterion, I looked the results of surgeries and the experiences of patients.
I could see cases looked like my nose on Mr. Ahmet DILBER's Instagram and the results were very successful. All the results I saw were very impressive. My case was very complex. Unlike many surgeons, Ahmet DILBER was performing very difficult surgeries and the results were again very successful and impressive.

I didn’t feel any stress until the surgery’s day. My wizard (Ahmet DILBER) and his team were always with me, they answered all my questions very quickly and without getting tired. One day before the surgery, I met Ahmet DILBER at his office and explained again my wishes. He impressed me because he described all my problems before I did, he was very confident and gave me a lot of confidence. Ahmet's assistants are also very friendly, reassuring, and competent. Even the surgery’s day, I felt zero stress.
The surgery went also very well. I didn’t feel any pain, neither the surgery’s day nor the next days. The post-operative period was nice and comfortable. I really didn't expect so much.
I had some edema in the first days after the surgery, but it was very normal because after all, I had a very difficult surgery and my skin is a bit thick. Despite the revision, my condition was very good compared to my first surgery. I stayed in Istanbul for 3 weeks and traveled all over Istanbul, it was so comfortable and good!
Otherwise, he operates in one of the best Turkish hospital (Acibadem).
Ahmet DILBER has really magic fingers, he has incredible talent, skill and experience. When a perfect doctor work with a perfect team, the result can only be perfect. I really didn't expect so much.
I’m extremely happy with the result: the deviation has disappeared, my nose’s bump has disappeared, my nostrils are completely symmetrical, I no longer have a drooping nose, and my nose is slightly upturned, just as it should be for a man : it's just amazing.
It’s indescribable and words won't be enough to explain my satisfaction.
During the next months, we’ll follow my nose’s evolution with Ahmet DILBER and his team. They never left us alone and they still don’t leave us alone.
