From the very first consultation in London, he put me at ease and answered every single question without ever making me feel pressured or “sold to.” He explained the whole procedure clearly and with such a warm, reassuring energy, which meant a lot because I was extremely anxious about getting surgery in the first place. His assistant was also incredible throughout the entire journey. She always replied quickly, was so kind, and genuinely supported me from the moment I booked until after the operation. Once I arrived in Turkey, everything was just as smooth. The in-person consultation was reassuring, and on the day of surgery the whole team made me feel completely looked after. The nurses at the hospital checked on me constantly during my stay, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
