Successful Revision Rhinoplasty AND Septal Perforation Closure

So much of the work was done inside my nose (straightening septum, closing perforation) but here is a before/after showing the cosmetic improvement. Mainly the hanging columella was adjusted and the tip was slightly de-projected. I also forgot to add to my original review that I had broken my nose in between the primary and revision rhinoplasty, further adding to the scar tissue and asymmetry!

Dr. Undavia is the most compassionate, talented, and knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing (and I’m a nurse!). I was a difficult case. I had 2 rhinoplasties before meeting Dr. Undavia and the second procedure left me with a large perforated septum that caused constant crusting and dryness. Dr. Undavia was able to repair the perforation, correct my deviated septum, and fix my cosmetic concerns. Overall the surgery was a tremendous success. He was available by email throughout my entire recovery for any question that popped up. He is honest and realistic with what can be achieved.

I made a huge mistake going to a general plastic surgeon for a revision rhinoplasty. Please take my advice and trust your nose and face to a surgeon who specializes in these areas. Dr. Undavia is not only a highly skilled nose and face plastic surgeon, he’s an ENT doctor, meaning he’s concerned about the functional results of your surgery as well as the cosmetic. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.
