i had wal liposuction( water assisted liposuction under general anestitic) mark removed 2.5 litres of lipo fat from knees to ankles on each leg . 9 small insision wounds each leg 1 stich in each . bruising now all gone . still some numbness and wearing compression stockings . have now returned to work after 2 years of work . no pain . next procedure is knees to thighs booked for jan 18 . allowing a reasonable time between each procedure for healing . even though im only 3 weeks post op its life changing both physically and mentally
That's great. Thank you for the info. So you will have an inner thigh lift ? I need my incision to go from thighs to calves.
Is it very painful? I have heard lipo is worse than the actual thigh lift?!
One more question sorry- Was any of it covered by a medicare rebate and do you have private health, was it day surgery?

no medicare rebat for lipo but been advised they will cover excess skin removal i dont have private health they dont cover either. . day surgery very little pain . with wal lipo they use local anist as well as adrenalin in solution as well as general anist . i had 3 panadol and i oxycontin on first 5 days as well as antibiotic

will do . im also having upper arms with lipo then skin removal . iv left a safe time frame between surgeries to enable swelling reduction im now walking 3 km and using a vibe plate as well as massage
