Subglandular Breast Augmentation with Galaflex Internal Bra

I am a 25-year-old Asian American female. 5'1" and weigh 115 lbs. I never really had an issue with my breasts being too small, but I wanted more upper pole fullness, was tired of wearing those weird sticky bras all the time to get cleavage...and I also just wanted bigger boobs
I was interested in getting a breast augmentation, so I did my research on Yelp and RealSelf and found Dr. Chang. Pre-surgery, I measured as a 36c, but I had no volume in the upper pole of my breasts. When I went in for my consult, they had asked me if I had lost a significant amount of weight/had kids, because they looked slightly deflated, as my nipples were low. He told me that my breasts were borderline in need of a lift. He gave me 3 options
1. Lift with implants
2. Over the muscle with an internal bra
3. Under the muscle (He said he didn't recommend this option)
I chose the 2nd option because I didn't want the scars of a breast lift right now.
I decided on 415cc moderate plus implants. I was going to go bigger (450cc), but the nurse and Dr. Chang gave me their professional opinion that it might look crazy because I'm short and they might sag later on.
Surgery was a breeze, it was only about an hour. Since I went over the muscle, it was a much easier recovery. I was able to dress myself, open the car door, etc. I could lift my arms, it just felt like I had done a ton of push-ups (sore in my armpit area) It's been 8 days post-surgery, and I still feel soreness near my incisions but I can lift things and raise my arms no problem.
Dr. Chang really knows what he's doing. He's a boob whisperer!!!! I thought my boobs were fine before, but after I was shocked at how much better they looked. Dr. Chang and his staff are very personable, and they really care about you as a patient. They make the whole idea of surgery less scary. I would 1000% recommend Congressional Plastic Surgery for anyone who is interested in getting a procedure done, surgical or non-surgical. Thanks Dr. Chang!! You're the best! )
