Hello yall! I'm 30 and have a 10 yr old boy. After I had him, my breasts changed completely!!! I was a perky size 32A before getting pregnant. At pregnancy I was a full B cup. After A while my breasts deflated and now I'm back to an A cup. I have lost volume on top which is my main concern. I have researched doctors for years and finally found a doctor I am in love with! Dr Epstein was recommended to me by a friend.
I went to see Dr Epstein for a consult recently and his honesty and charisma was all I needed. He told me what he thought I needed to have more volume up top. I was scared I needed a lift as well but he assured me I didn't. I asked him if I should make my areola smaller. He told me it wasn't worth the extra scarring. Woohoo!
He recommended I go with Natrelle 410 (gummy bear) implants since they are the ones that will give me the most volume up top. He is thinking of using 255cc on the right and 220 on the left. We will discuss again the sizes since I would like a full C cup. He will be placing them under the muscle and inserting them through the bottom of my breasts.
I am currently working out my schedule to fit in the surgery since My job requires standing for long hours and using my hands and arms. Thankfully the surgery is only about 45 minutes. What sucks for me is I live about an hour and a half away. I'll keep yall updated on the date of the surgery and will post pics soon.

Im sorry but am I the only one who thinks that your areolas should be smaller? They looked ok before your surgery but now they look abnormally large. Sorry. If your happy, that's what counts.

I agree with you tucker02 the Areolas are really stretched also I think she needed a left. Sorry I don't mean to be rude it's just my opinion.. But as long as ur happy I'm happy for you :)

I also thought the exact same,she most definatley should of had a lift and then her nipples would of been the right size,although she may be happy with the result although I know I wouldn't be

Don't listen to them. If you girls can't make a nice comment then don't comment at all. You look great. I happen to think large areolas are beautiful! Making them smaller and a lift would leave you with scars. I choose the natural areolas. You don't need a lift. Your implants are brand new and so is your surgery. The implants have to drop. Have a happy recovery! I bet your man loves them!

Yep I know all about it I was bullied until hs :) I was actually meaning to reply those to lala1953 and ended up with mamma. Not that it matters. I love how they justify their negativity by calling it an opinion. It just dumbfounds me how she talked bad about someone they have never met like you aren't a real person reading the comments. I wish you the best :D
