End of week 12
Only 2 weeks to go! Im thrilled with the progress. I had my veneer filed down today and it looks so much better. The pictures make my teeth look stained but they're quite white really. In 2 weeks we decide if I need any more aligners to tighten everything up or just go ahead and do the moulds for my retainers and take the awful attachments off. So pleased I did this.
End of week/trays 11
Theres a big change from before I started. One tooth is being a bit stubborn but I'll discuss this with the dentist next week when shes going to file my teeth at the front to make them smoother at the bottom. The last 3 lots have trays have been the most uncomfortable and I had a little cut on my tongue but it healed in a few days. You need to use the chewies a lot as it really helps move the teeth into position. Only 3 weeks to go! I might need sime refiner trays and then I'll start whitening them. A bit if advice...have a good scale and polish at regular intervals to get rid of stains that have been hidden when the teeth move. I have some stains I can see but it will be hard to remove now as its tucked inbetween my new straight teeth.
Start of trays/week 10
So there's good movement just like the clincheck video. I only have 4 more to go then I can get them cleaned/whitened and see if I want anything else doing. At my next dentist trip she is going to smooth the bottoms of the teeth. I'm happy with the progress for such a short space of time. The one thing I would suggest is that if you have a narrow bridge like mine, so dark triangles either side of your smile you can ask them to get your side teeth to push out more with the trays. It would make a big difference overall to the look of your smile. so I might get this done too. Based on my experience so far it shouldn't take long.
