Confused, Need Help

I have been researching multiple doctors for months. I was very impressed with doctor Jimmerson's work, & until a few days ago I was sure that he was the doctor that could give me the best results, but now I'm not so sure.
His prices are kind of high, But I don't mind paying a little more money if it's gonna get me that ideal body that I dream of. He is a very popular surgeon, and he has a good reputation for knowing how to give woman great curves, but today I read two very discouraging reviews from woman that were disappointed with the work they had done with Dr J. So, now I'm concerned, because if I'm gonna pay top dollar, I need to be absolutely sure that everything is gonna look right.
I am also concerned about traveling, I have two young children, & I wouldn't want to leave them for any longer then a week, 8 days top. I know I would have to be in ATL for at least a week in order to get the drains removed, and not sure if I would be in the condition to fly back home to California right away. I also most likely will be traveling alone, being that I don't have anyone who is able to take off work that long to travel with me, so I am sure I would need to stay in a recovery home or facility so I have some assistance, but I haven't researched any yet, so I have no idea how much that is going to cost.
Most of Dr. J's clients spend about $10,000+ on the procedure then when I add up the cost to travel flight, and hotel or recovery home that's about another $3000. I am thinking that it might be better to find a doctor that is less expensive and maybe that's closer to me.
I live in the Bay Area and I have researched a few doctors in my area and I haven't found any that specializes in booty, like Dr. J. I just don't want to go through the trouble of getting this surgery and not be happy at the end. I would love some advice on what I should do, which doctor to use?
I would like to get my BBL by July, so I wouldn't want to go to a doctor with a really long waiting list, who would make me wait longer then July.

I am hearing a lot of people rave about these two doctors Duran and Yily from the Dominican Republic. I checked out some of their before and after pictures and their work looks good, and their prices are very reasonable.
Leaving the country for surgery is kind of scary to me, but these surgeon really look like they know what there doing, and with there prices I'll be able to afford the surgery without taking out any loans. Still weighing out all my options, but I do need to hurry up and get this process started, since I'm trying to have my procedure in June or July
