32yr lost 123lbs Fleur De Lis Tummy Tuck Lipo with Dr Farhang London Ontario

I’ve lost 102lbs through diet and exercise and am starting to look into a surgeon to perform a tummy tuck! Living in London Ontario and searching Southwestern Ontario region, specifically interested in surgeons who have experience with patients with a large amount of weight loss.

Well it's official! After shopping around and speaking to a few different surgeons, I decided to go with Dr. Hana Farhang here in London ON as per a recommendation from a friend. I have booked the surgery for November 22nd 2019, I am scheduled to get a FDL style tummy tuck with Liposuction, no muscle repair; just got approved for the 6 weeks off work so I am getting nervous excited!

Just an update on my stats, I have lost 115 lbs total now, I am 5'5, 32 year old woman, 174lbs, never had any kids. I have lost all my weight naturally through diet and exercise, and I now live a very active lifestyle. I do strength training 3-4 times per week, HIIT style training 3-4 times per week, I walk a 1 hour 5km everyday, and I commute to work via bicycle. I am really hoping all this will aid in my recovery and results, but I have a huge amount of hanging skin/fat on my stomach and it's hard for me to see what kind of body I would have so I really don't know what to expect! My surgeon seemed to think upon my initial consult that I wouldn't need hernia repair which I would be grateful for as I hear it's quite painful. I would still like to lose 10-20 lbs before the surgery. Fingers crossed and working hard!

Well, this is hard to post, but here is the current state of things before heading into my surgery this Friday November 22nd! I’m now currently 166lbs, 5’5”, weight loss of 123lbs through diet and exercise. I can’t wait to be on the other side of this but I am nervous as hell!
