How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

It's been over a year and I wanted to check in and udpate my review. Looking back, it was not worth it. It was super painful, the healing took forever, and it just didn't work. I eat super clean, no sugar, no processed foods, healthy carbs, and I work out. I gave my body every chance for this process to work, but it just didn't.
Update - a bit over 1 month post
Swelling is going down. I don't really feel numbness or tingling anymore. The inching isn't as intense anymore but really all of that started to go away over the past week, so it definitely lingered for a while for me. I can definitely see my stomach change shape which is nice. I'm definitely not losing weight though. I will need to go off of inches lost. I will update pictures soon. I think it's still very early to know if it was worth it. What I do know is I don't plan to go for another round. The early stages just was too traumatic for me and painful.
Rough
Yesterday was just brutal. I guess I’m on the the 15% to get delayed onset pain. The zapping nerve pain has brought me to tears and I have a very high pain tolerance. I reached out to the facility that administered my treatment. They give me a personal cell and called in a script for me to help with nerve pain. Sadly my pharmacy was about to close and it wouldn’t be ready until this morning. So I tried more Tylenol and Benadryl and was able to get some sleep.
Today I’m not as bad but I’m not moving around much yet.
I’m still swollen too but I can really tell how my sides have smoothed out already.
I know everything feeling is normal I just want to be transparent and share my detailed journey.
