Fantastic results, but horrible customer service and billing department

I searched high and low for a plastic surgeon to perform my rhinoplasty, and Dr. Most did not disappoint! When I met him, I instantly knew that he was the surgeon that I wanted to complete my surgery. My results are exactly what I wanted and I finally have the nose that I should have been born with. I'm 4 months post-op and my nose looks amazing already - I can't even see the incision anymore. His bed side manners are exceptional and he is truly an artist at what he does.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of the front desk/billing. When I scheduled the surgery, I was told that the amount I paid upfront would cover the surgery, pre-op, and post-op visits. A month after the surgery, I received a bill for the post-op visit. I called the front desk to clear this up and they said that they would look into it and clear the bill for me. One month passes, and I get a call from the Stanford collections department saying that I have an outstanding bill for the post-op visit that the front desk should have cleared up. I left their billing person (Amy) two voicemails asking her to please call me back to clear this up. She never called me back. I then called Cassandra at the front desk to help me resolve this issue, and she very rudely told me she'd talk to Amy and have her call me back. Well, two weeks passed and neither Amy nor Cassandra called me back.

For being affiliated with such a prestigious university, I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the way my billing issue was handled by Cassandra and Amy. Dr. Most should be a little bit more meticulous about who he hires to represent him and his clinic.
