In January of 2015 I had a mammogram that revealed a ruptured implant. I have had these since 1984 and they were the original implants. Dr. O'Brien removed them and did what they call a "lollypop" lift which is not a full lift. Absolutely no problem post op whatsoever and it feels great to have them out. I don't feel they were causing any health issues but were bigger than I had wanted and very firm. Finding clothes that fit was a problem also. Great to have natural feeling breasts even though they are slightly saggy. After having the implants in for that long I'm satisfied and happy with the results.
